In 1791 when Katharine was 29, she married Hezekiah, Phillips Sr., GGGG Grandfather, son of Unknown Phillips( William ?) & Catherine Framm, in Henry County, Virginia. Born in 1756 in Wales. Born in Wales, England. Hezekiah, died in Gratis Township, Preble County, Ohio- 55yr on 24 Jun 1811; he was 55. Hezekiah, died in Gratis Township , Preble County, Ohio on 4 Jun 1811; he was 55. Hezekiah, died in Gratis Township , Preble County, Ohio-55y on 4 Jun 1811; he was 55. Buried in Phillips Family Cemetery, Gratis Township, Preble County, Ohio.

Was wounded in the shoulder in the Battle of Quebec. Was later given an honorable discharge. As he was unable to perform his duties.
His brother Joh was a Buddy of his during the Revolutionary War. John remained in service till the end of the War.
Latter John came to Tennessee and Ohio with Hezekiah.

This information was given to Mary Ellen Pearce from Dorothy Womack who had a copy of the letter that Christina Thomas Jacqua wrote in 1905 to her nephew Milton Owens.
